Tumeric Making
Harvesting is an exciting time, as we gently unearth the golden roots, rich with the promise of health and flavour.We meticulously sun-dry, boil and slice the turmeric, laying it out to dry under the warm sun before grinding into a fine, aromatic powder, ready to add a burst of sunshine to your dishes.
